Experience Innovation Network Announces 2014 Fall CXO Roundtable

Physicians, Healthcare Leaders Share Innovative Solutions to Drive Peak Performance

SAN JOSE, Calif. - November 3, 2014 - Vocera Communications, Inc. (NYSE: VCRA), the leading provider of integrated, intelligent communication solutions for mission-critical mobile environments, today announced that the Company's healthcare research collaborative, the Experience Innovation Network, will convene its seventh semi-annual Chief Experience Officer (CXO) Roundtable Nov. 4-5, 2014 in San Francisco with a special innovators showcase on opening day to be held at the Google Glass SF Basecamp.

This two day invitation-only event, titled, "Driving Employee and Physician Peak Performance," will be co-hosted by Bridget Duffy, MD, chief medical officer of Vocera, and Arnold Milstein, MD, MPH, professor of medicine and director of the Stanford Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC).

Featured keynotes include Tony Schwartz, president, founder and CEO of The Energy Project; David Feinberg, MD, MBA, CEO of UCLA Health; Ronald Paulus, MD, president and CEO of Mission Health; Penny Wheeler, MD, president and chief clinical officer at Allina Health System; and Valerie Ulstad, MD, founder and CEO of Partners at Cascade Bluff.

The CXO Roundtable will also spotlight healthcare mavericks Mickey Foster, president of Moses Cone Hospital, and Vic Buzachero, senior vice president for innovation, human resources and performance management at Scripps Health, who have implemented innovative solutions to engage and empower staff and physicians to enable peak performance.
